     When Selling Memberships

-          Please be familiar with memberships pamphlet so if there are questions you can answer them. (see below)

-          Have the purchaser fill in the form, collect the form and payment making sure there is a complete legible mailing address, email address and phone number.  

-          There is a spot for donations on the membership form.

Tax creditable receipts are issued for donations of $10 or more upon request.

 One will be sent to them in the mail by the treasurer. 

 (Please note that tax receipts  are not issued for memberships – as per regulations of Canada Customs and Revenue Agency)

-          Send all completed memberships, payments,and donations to the treasurer.  (Treasurers info attached)

-          Do not send cash in mail.  Either convert to cheque or money order.

       Whats on the Membership application

       NESPCA membership categories and fees:
         - $25.00  Regular (individual adult)
          - $40.00  Family (at least 2 adult members at the same address)
          - $10.00  Senior (65 years of age or older)
          - $200.00 Life (individual one time payment) 
          - $10.00  Junior (under 18 years of age)
          - $50.00  Corporate

        Membership Benefits
          - 10% discount on adoption fees.
          - Newsletter.
          - Email updates on important information including         
            upcoming events and membership expiry.
          - Connection to Facebook.
          - Voting privileges at our Annual General Meeting and an                                                             
            opportunity to be a nominee for the Board of Directors for    
            Regular, Senior and Life members.
          - Personal satisfaction in knowing that you are helping homeless          
             animals in NESPCA.
